You must know about UDYAM/MSME
As per the latest Guidelines MSME Definition has been changes as followed:
Check your enterprises fall under which category Micro Small or Medium Make your updated MSME Udyam to get the benefits from Industries and Government.
Udyam must be updated as per the latest guidelines every year after the April So, Turnover figure will be reflect as per the GST / Income tax.
Example: If you turnover is 11 crore and Investment in plant and machinery value is 2 crore than your unit will fall under Small enterprise as per the turnover. MSME portal will fetch the data from the GST portal or Income Tax Portal. You no need to declare the same for the existing unit. If your unit is new you can give the figures for investment in the Plant and Machinery.
All MSME owners are into dilemma for how MSME will work and who falls under which category. Every business man needs to understand the level of Industries based on the turnover / investment in plant and machinery.
MSME will consider the Depreciated values as per the Income tax rules, Turnover Value will be consider as per the GST. Export sales will not be considered into total turnover means Export will be subtract from gross turnover.
As MSME industries is very big and many units owners are not educated or ignoring the MSME ACT 2006 or MSME Rules and they are facing many issues into dealing with State Government, Central Government or Tenders due unawareness of MSME Rules and Benefits.
MSME ACT 2006 is boon for all Indian Industrialist they can avail many benefits from MSME Ministry Starting from CGTMSE Loan, Mudra Loan, Stand up loans, Start-up Funding, Seed Funding, Finance from Banks, State & Central Subsidies, Exhibition benefits, payments into 45 days, Delay Payments case Resolutions, Trademark subsidy, Patent Subsidy, Make In India, Preference in State Tenders or Local Tenders, Price preference up to 200 crore tenders, Export Subsidy etc. etc.
MSME is vast sector in India, approx. 6 crore units are registered with Udyam Certificate across India, Still Many units are unaware about the registration of MSME Certificate and not availing nay benefits for the same into rural sector.
Msme is one of the biggest sector In India, it’s most prominent sector after agriculture, Msme is one of the pioneers segment for the export it almost 50% and approx. 30% In Indian GDP. Proposed MSME definition in budget 2025.
